   Sundays at 08.00 am - 5 km (pace 6 min / km)
   Wednesday at 4.45 pm - 7 km (pace 6 min / km)
   We meet at: Cafe Segall's, Vingårdstræde 17

• Running twice a week
• Starts and ends at Café Segalls
• Run with friends in the beautiful Copenhagen 
• We run for fun and socializing, its not a race 
• Morning runs will end with coffee and a morning snack ☕️
• Evening runs will end with something to drink and a little snack

Become a member

• When registered as a member you will receive your own Café Segalls t-shirt.
• You will get free running for the first 6 weeks  
• You will get a lifetime “friends of the house” card that gives you a 10% discount on everything at the café 
• 50% discount on every future running event. 
• You can bring a friend of yours and they will get a 50% discount on their first run.

No membership

If you’re not a member, participating in running events will be kr. 50,-. You will borrow a Café Segalls t-shirt

Every run will end at the café and you will get served a coffee/drink and a snack
